Change will do you good:

So today was Monday and that meant going back to school. Like I have said before, school is the only thing that gets in the way of having a great time here! But school is the reason I am here, so studying and going to classes are things I am taking seriously.

In struggling to get my Pope videos to link properly for the Web site, I noticed that I was rapidly approaching my Web space limit with Verizon. I had already considered their cost for increased space to be too high, and I was not going to up the limit again. Instead I opted to go with a Web hosting company for less than the additional space would cost me. Once the migration to the new site is complete, there will be very little space concern (I highly doubt I will fill 5 gigabytes). The move should either be done today or tomorrow depending on when my domain registration goes through.

While preparing the new site (this was just busy work, mostly throwing a quick graphic together and writing the image map), the Michael Jackson verdicts came down. This caused CNN's world feed to switch over to non-stop Jaco coverage (including showing his motorcade drive from his ranch/amusement park to the courthouse, and then back again). If they were in white SUVs instead of black ones, I'd be having an O.J. flashback. From the start, the case against Jackson seemed kind of weak to me, so the verdict does not surprise me (the accusers were coming off a bit like money hounds). That being said, the man has admitted to allowing small children to sleep in his bed with him (not his own children mind you). This does not seem right to me, nor does it seem right that someone's parents would allow this to go on (especially considering there has been allegations against him more than once now).
